Sean Fitzpatrick CEO / Founder / Visionary

Sean Fitzpatrick serves as the president of LifeMD's subsidiary, PDFSimpli, which provides online solutions for editing, converting, annotating, signing or maintaining PDF documents. Sean is an expert in direct response marketing, specializing in the legal, lifestyle and software as a service (SAAS) verticals. He previously served as head of customer acquisition at BOLD where he developed comprehensive omni-channel acquisition strategies, as well as Director of SEO at LiveCareer where he managed over 20 web properties and achieved 1000%+ increase in organic traffic within 24 months.

In other words, he's kinda a big deal and owns many leather-bound books.

Varun Pathak Founder / Head of Engineering

Varun Pathak is WorkSimpli’s head of engineering and co-founder. He brings to WorkSimpli more than 20 years of software development experience, combined with his superhero power of intuitively recognizing areas in need of improvement and solving any constrained optimization problems. Previously, he held leadership roles related to software tasks, including developing frameworks for unit testing, design, development, information paths, and more.

Varun is a customer-obsessed technical leader with a passion for growing cross-functional teams and delivering business capabilities. He is also a genius software developer in his head that would have been a historian or archaeologist by heart.

Lisa Bowlin Chief Operating Officer

Lisa was the first official employee and according to the CEO, “she’s the operations super glue” that has served as Worksimpli’s Operations guru since 2018. She holds a double major with honors in Journalism and Communication Studies, which is the bedrock of her 15+ years of Marketing focus. But it's her resourceful, multifaceted nature and ability to quickly adapt that have granted her access to diverse hybrid roles in the fields of Operations, HR, Administration, Accounting, Customer Service, Creative and Graphic Design. These versatile experiences intensified her jack-of-all-trades nature and perfectly prepared her for Operations in a startup. Lisa’s ability to perform her magic in Operations may be related to the fact she builds Lego sets blindfolded as a hobby.

Jordan Iversen Design / Founder

As Worksimpli’s designer and co-founder, Jordan brings over his experience of a dozen years running a successful web development agency. Working with C-Suite level individuals to create a digital footprint and assist in streamlining their online communication and processes, his clientele ranged from educational entities like UC Berkeley to corporate entities, including Thomson Reuters.

Prior to that, Jordan spent over a decade in business development and sales management with Software and Marketing firms. He consistently exceeded quotas, identified new opportunities, nurtured key relationships, and supported his teams. When he is not behind a computer he enjoys spending time with his family, brewing beer, and looking after his wine bar.
